Detailed Itinerary
Pickup & Embarkation (Stop 1)
You will be picked up from your accommodation and transferred to the Nile. Board a traditional motorboat (or felucca, depending on wind conditions) for a scenic journey north along the river.
The Island Tour (Stop 2)
Upon arriving at Banana Island, disembark and take a guided walk through the dense, shaded banana plantations. Your guide will explain the local agricultural methods that have been used by farmers along the Nile for centuries. You will also see other fruit trees, such as mangoes and guavas, and perhaps encounter some local farm animals.
