When you request a tour we may receive your name, email, phone number, travel dates, hotel, group size and route preferences.

How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate pickups, confirm services and support you before and during travel.

Traveller reviews

If you submit a review, we may publish your public name, country, travel date, rating, title and comments after moderation. Your email stays private, is used only to verify or reply, and is erased if the administrator deletes the review.

Payments and partners

When a booking needs hotels, Nile cruises, tickets or transport, we share only the details needed with the providers involved in the confirmed service.

Analytics and advertising

The site may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand visits and improve pages. We do not sell personal information.

Trustpilot widget

The footer shows a Trustpilot widget for leaving a review. It loads from Trustpilot servers when you reach that part of the page, and Trustpilot handles that data under its own privacy policy.

You can request correction or deletion of your contact details by emailing info@luxorandaswantours.net.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations received at least 168 hours (7 days) before the scheduled tour start receive a full refund. Cancellations received at least 72 hours but less than 168 hours before the scheduled start incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start are non-refundable. Timing is calculated from the scheduled service start in Egypt (Africa/Cairo). Holiday tours and Nile cruises may have different terms which are confirmed before booking.
