We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate pickups, confirm services and support you before and during travel.

Payments and partners

When a booking needs hotels, Nile cruises, tickets or transport, we share only the details needed with the providers involved in the confirmed service.

Analytics and advertising

The site may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand visits and improve pages. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can request correction or deletion of your contact details by emailing info@luxorandaswantours.net.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour receive a full refund. Between 3 and 6 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Holiday tours and Nile cruises may have different terms which are confirmed before booking.
