Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation and refund terms for private tours, Nile cruises and travel packages.
Plan My TripPrivate tours
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour receive a full refund. Between 3 and 6 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Cruises and third-party services
Nile cruises, hotels, flights, special tickets and seasonal services may use different terms. We provide those terms in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Date changes
If you need to change your date, contact us as early as possible. We will try to move the booking without charge when guide, vehicle and supplier availability allows.
How to cancel
Send your booking reference, traveler name and service date to info@luxorandaswantours.net or WhatsApp. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund in writing.
