FAQ

Are internal flights included?

The domestic flights named in the itinerary are included and ticketed by us, so you are not left arranging connections between Cairo, Luxor, Aswan or Hurghada yourself. International flights to and from Egypt are not included.

What standard are the hotels and the cruise ship?

The itinerary is normally quoted on five-star hotels and a five-star Nile cruise. We name the exact properties in your written proposal rather than saying "or similar", and we can quote four-star or deluxe alternatives if you prefer a different budget.

I am travelling alone. Is there a single supplement?

Yes, hotels and cruise ships charge for a single room or cabin, so a solo traveller pays more per person than someone sharing. Tell us at the enquiry stage and we will quote the supplement openly and look for boats with reduced single rates on your dates.

How much walking should I expect on a 13 Day itinerary?

Expect two to four hours on your feet on sightseeing days, often on sand, gravel and tomb staircases. Vehicles park as close to entrances as site rules allow, and your guide can offer a ground-level alternative at most sites. Tell us about mobility limits before booking and the plan is adjusted in advance.

I am travelling with children. Do they pay the full price?

Children under 2 travel free of charge. Ages 2 to 5.99 pay 25 per cent of the tour price, ages 6 to 11.99 pay 50 per cent, and from 12 years a child pays the full adult rate. Child pricing applies to children sharing their parents' room or cabin, with a maximum of two children per room. Tell us your children's ages when you enquire and the quote reflects them.

Is the price per person or for the whole group?

On this Egypt package the published rate is $4,475 for one traveller, $3,106 each for two, and $3,000 each from three people upward. All prices on this page are in US dollars per person, and the rate drops as the group grows because the vehicle, guide and driver are shared across more travellers. Holiday departures over Christmas, New Year and Easter are quoted separately as they carry a supplement.

How do I book this tour?

Send your date, group size, pickup point and preferred route for this 13-day Egypt package by WhatsApp or email. We reply with availability and a clear private proposal, starting from the Private quote shown on this page.

Is this a private tour?

Yes. This 13-day Egypt package is arranged privately unless you ask for a shared option.
